The Sasso di San Galgano agritourism was born from the desire to give life to something that the “old” have given us, a farmhouse nestled in the splendid Val di Merse, (between Chiusdino and San Galgano) an area rich in natural, historical and Tuscan traditions.

The name derives from the story of San Galgano, a medieval knight who chose the life of a hermit, refusing war, and right where the farmhouse stands, the horse knelt on a stone leaving the imprints of his knees.

Thanks to its position it is possible to reach Siena, the sea of the Tuscan Maremma and Florence.
Agricultural activity is carried out on 60 hectares of land in which woods and arable land alternate.

The agritourism offers an ideal holiday for those who want to immerse themselves in traditions, colors and a family atmosphere.
